Freedom of creativity and the confidence in the institution made this project possible, where elements of good and bad luck were mixed with human bodies in unusual and surreal sculptures resting on top of columns.
___ client: Wasabi in Motion was a digital creation festival celebrated for six years at IED Madrid facilities with the intention of establishing a middle point between design and digital creation. ___ project: We were asked to create the branding, digital and printed materials, as well as the title credits, for the 2012 and 2013 editions. For the latter year we based the branding on a varied yet consistent color palette and different concepts, represented through five posters and several digital and printed materials. Photography, 3D modelling, and layers of image treatment were added to integrate the elements obtaining a plastic and realistic character. For the title credits, we decided to go back to basics, creating a simpler aesthetic, based on IKEA-style instructions showing the construction of the sculptures.
