FanPass was a new concept launched as a pivot from FanOnFire: a subscription model offering unlimited access to concerts and theatre events. An explainer video was produced to introduce the idea, highlighting how the flat-rate system worked and capturing the excitement of discovering live experiences in a simple, engaging way.
